The design of the product is made using 3d technology.
Once the basic shape is found, the objective is to define the lines in their entirety, maintaining satisfactory joints between the elements, after several prototypes of persevering work the final design is defined, the different pieces of wood are processed by milling machine generating a minimum of waste of the original material. The edges are rounded by hand and each element is in turn sanded by machine and by hand.
