LOIR rectangular hot pad is made in natural cork with a visible and living structure. The simple square shape and the tactile natural rope makes it easy to carry and store. Perfect for protect tables and counters from heat, stains and accidental spills. Combine the two sizes to fit larger pots and dishes.
Cork is lightweight, waterproof to liquids and provides excellent thermal insulation. Made in Portugal with high-quality standards and with particular attention to finish.
Cork is biodegradable, renewable and recyclable. This material is the bark of Cork Oak Tree, stripped every nine years without damaging the tree. Cork forest is a high contribution to the biodiversity, regulations of the water cycle, protection of the soils and carbon absorption.
