Mizuko is a sustainable table lamp made with paper mache and wood designed to decorate an original home with warm lighting.
Materials
For the lampshades of these table lamps, Crea-re uses paper mache, which is made from a mix of recycled newspapers and water-based glue, and it’s dyed with natural pigments. You can choose the color of the lampshade from dozens of available colors. The paper mache makes the lampshades of these lamps durable thanks to its composition. Natural wood is used for the lamp body and the base. On the other hand, a two-meter textile cable has been chosen to connect the table lamp with the power source, and it’s available in yellow, white, black-white or bluish-green.
Utility and use
Mizuko table lamps are perfect if you want a warm decoration in your home thanks to their colored lampshades, the warmth of the wood and the light that this lamp radiates, creating a very special mood. The format of their shades prevents light from being distributed in other directions. This sustainable lamp uses only LED light bulbs up to 10W with E27 termination (not included).
Environmental characteristics
Like all Crea-re products, these lamps are sustainable thanks to the materials used to make them, such as wood, recycled newspapers, water-based glue and dyes. All of them are natural and non-toxic. In addition, the LED light that is exclusively needed for the illumination of these lamps is innately sustainable, mercury-free and with a life cycle ten times longer than traditional bulbs.
Design features
These table lamps are inspired by lightness, movement and the minimalist shape of a drop of water. Mizuko in Japanese means “daughter of water.” Its natural and colorful appearance characterizes it. Wood brings warmth, and paper mache is the perfect representation of craftsmanship. Mizuko is perfect for your home if what you are looking for is the combination of an original decoration piece and special warm lighting.
