Products offered through ekohunters.com have the possibility to be sent through the different logistics operators, each with its estimate period of deliver and it price, depending if the product can be found in stock or not, is made by order, size, if it is export/import, etc.... All the data (except the tariffs and customs expenses), are offered in the product file. In case of doubt, send us an email to email@example.com, where we will assist you as soon as possible.
In case of being an export/import, you should have in mid, that to the offered price, the expenses of tariffs and customs will be added. These expenses cannot be calculated automatically, so we cannot offer you information about them in the buying process. When confirming your purchase, you are accepting and assuming the payment of those additional expenses.
We work along with our logidtic partners in order to make your purchase satisfactory. In case of delay in delivery, we will send you an email informing you about the reasons of the delay as well as the new delivery date.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Nearly all our products are sent to every continent. Otherwise, it will be specified in the product file. In case you are interested in a product which is not delivered to your country, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will study the possibility, along with the seller, of delivering you the product.
